FOOD & BEVERAGE PURCHASES
Due to the nature of our made-to-order food and drinks, all food and beverage sales are final and non-refundable. However, if there’s an issue with your order—such as incorrect items, missing ingredients, or quality concerns—please let us know immediately. We’ll do our best to address the situation and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a store credit.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
For physical merchandise (such as apparel or branded goods), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
